As for the possibility of sending ATAMCS, the US president said the missiles are "still in play". The White House has previously refused to transfer tactical ballistic missiles to Ukraine, citing reluctance to lead to escalation.
ATAMCS (Army TACtical Missile System) is a solid-propellant ground-to-ground missile for the M142 HIMARS and M270 MLRS systems. It exists in several modifications with a maximum launch range of about 300 km.
