The U.S. has handed over another batch of Cougar 4×4 armored vehicles to the Polish Armed Forces

The Polish Armed Forces received another batch of Cougar 4×4 armored vehicles.

Here's What We Know

The information was shared by the Ministry of Defense of the country. We are talking about 63 MRAPs. The Poles had previously received 26 machines. The contract for the supply of 300 Cougar vehicles was signed between Poland and the USA back in 2021. The amount of the deal is $27,500,000.

Flashback

The Cougar is an American infantry vehicle with mine and ambush protection. It was developed in the Republic of South Africa. The vehicle comes in two modifications: 4×4 и 6×6. It accommodates up to 6 people and can accelerate up to 105 km/h.
