Starbreeze Studios has released the first in a series of patches that add DirectX12 support, new challenges, and more.

Starbreeze Studios, the developer of Payday 3, has released the first in a series of "Operation Medic Bag" patches. It brings general bug fixes and improvements; new features such as a standby button, DirectX12 support, a new challenge, and more.

Here's What We Know

According to the developer blog, future updates will add a solo mode, changes to the progression system, UI changes, and "other features" to the game.

Solo mode offers players the opportunity to carry out heists on their own without connecting to any server. Starbreeze plans to implement two key changes before introducing this mode: the first change involves maintaining an online connection to Starbreeze's servers to track progress; the second change focuses on improving the single player mode, allowing players to play without an internet connection.

Where To Play

Payday 3 is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, Windows, and is listed in the Xbox Cloud Gaming catalogue.
