Windows 11 launched on Xiaomi Pad 5

Xiaomi introduced tablets in August 2021 Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro, the first after a three-year pause. They run Android 11 with MIUI for Pad, but enthusiasts were able to run the Windows 11 on ARM operating system.

Microsoft OS was installed on Xiaomi Pad 5 with Snapdragon 860 processor and 8 GB of RAM. @ Sunflower2333 has a wireless mouse connected to the tablet and can easily complete basic tasks.

The enthusiast was able to launch File Explorer and Task Manager, but it takes a little time to navigate between tabs. Overall, the interface runs smoothly on a 2560 x 1600 screen. So that Xiaomi Pad 5 does not quickly lose battery power, the frequency of the single-chip system has been cut.
