Have A Nice Death, the hand-drawn indie roguelite game announced at last year's Game Awards, now has an official release date. Developer Magic Design Studios will release the game on March 8 via Steam Early Access for $15.

Have a Nice Death is a hand-drawn 2D Rogue-Lite action game in which the player plays as Death. The founder and CEO of Death Incorporated, a sprawling empire that recycles souls for the afterlife, which currently teeters on the brink of extinction.

Now, in order to regain control of their company, as well as secure a much-needed vacation, players will have to navigate the various departments of Death Incorporated and remind their rebellious underlings who's boss.

The game can be added to your Steam wishlist right now, pending its Early Access release on March 8th. Magic Design Studios says on its Steam page that the game will remain in Early Access for about a year before the full game is released.

In the full version, the developers promise to add to the game final narrative, full set of gameplay elements and additional components: difficulty modes, new curses, new worlds, new enemies (bosses and mini-bosses) and new weapons.
