Another novelty of yesterday's Huawei presentation was the MatePad SE budget tablet.
The device received a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of FHD+. This is an IPS-matrix, which occupies 80% of the area of the entire front panel. The novelty has a case with a thickness 7.85 mm and weighs 480 g. Under the hood, MatePad SE has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Chip Information manufacturer does not disclose, but it can be assumed that this is an entry-level Qualcomm or Unisoc processor. The gadget comes with the operating system HarmonyOS 2.0. The novelty has Harman Kardon stereo speakers with proprietary Histen 7.0 technology and support for LTE. As for the cameras, there are two of them in the MatePad SE: a single front-facing camera with 2 MP and a single main camera with 5 MP.
Price and when to expect
Huawei MatePad SE will go on sale in China on May 6th. For the version with Wi-Fi, you will have to pay $226, and for Wi-Fi + LTE - $256.
