Sony announces prices for world's first QD-OLED TVs

At the beginning of this year Sony announced TVs Bravia XR 4K and 8K. Within the series Bravia XR Master A95K presented the world's first solutions to the database OLED-panels based on quantum dots (QD-OLED). After almost six months, the company has finally revealed the prices of new products.

How much?

TVs are expensive, which is to be expected, given the use of new technology that provides high brightness and wide color gamut. The 55” and 65” panels were priced at $3,000 and $4,000, respectively.

Sony also revealed the prices of other TVs. Let's start with models equipped with 8K- screens. Per TV Series ZnineK 75 ”diagonal will have to pay $ 7 000. An 85-inch panel will cost as little as $10 000. Pre-orders will start in the summer. Both devices are equipped with panels Mini OLED and built-in camera.

For those who want to buy 4K-TV provided more offers. For example, the cost of line models X95K with matrices Mini LED amounted to $2,800 (65”) and $5,500 (85”), and for OLED-TV series A80K, A90K and X90K you will have to pay from $1,400 to $3,800.
