PrivatBank has learned to recognize customers by voice

PrivatBank has launched voice biometrics technology for faster and safer servicing of its clients.

How it works?

Voice biometrics is a technology for creating biometric voice casts of customers that allows you to identify a person by a combination of unique voice characteristics and provides additional protection for accounts and personal data. It will work during calls to customer support: while you are voicing your question to a virtual assistant, the system will automatically confirm your identity by voice - without additional questions from the operator and voicing personal data.

You can create a voice cast at a bank branch, in the Help Online chat, by calling 3700, or in the web version of the Privat24 application (section Security - Voice Biometrics).

By the end of the year, more than 80% of customers who usually use the bank's services by phone are planning to serve through the voice identification system.
