The Kalush Orchestra group sold the Eurovision winners' cup for $900 thousand: this money will be used to buy a PD-2 UAV complex for the Ukrainian army

The Kalush Orchestra and the Serhiy Prytula Foundation held a charity auction, where they raised an impressive amount for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

What did you sell and for how much?

The main lot of the auction was a crystal microphone - the Cup of Eurovision winners. Its new owner was the WhiteBIT crypto community, which had to pay a tidy sum for a reward - $ 900 thousand.

Also, the leader of the group, Oleg Psyuk, played his famous pink panama among the participants. 11 million hryvnias were earned for it, and it was won by a man from the Czech Republic, who donated 1,000 hryvnias.

With the money raised, the Serhiy Prytula Foundation will buy a PD-2 drone system for Ukrainian defenders.

Recall that the Kalush Orchestra this year won the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Stefania. Immediately after the victory, the musicians showed a video for this soulful song - it was filmed in the cities of the Kyiv region that suffered at the hands of Russian invaders: Bucha, Irpen, Borodyanka and Gostomel.
