Steven Spielberg shot his first music video on an iPhone

Steven Spielberg made his first music video. And he used an Apple smartphone for it.

What we know

The three-time Oscar winner made a video for the song Cannibal by Marcus Mumford. The singer revealed this on his Twitter account.

On Sunday, July 3 in a high school gym in New York, Steven Spielberg directed his first music video, in one shot, on his phone. Kate Capshaw was the almighty dolly grip. pic.twitter.com/9KUvONG4u3

The legendary filmmaker needed only one take to record the video, even though it was his first work filmed on an Apple smartphone. By the way, the model of the iPhone is not specified. Note that the video was not filmed as part of the Shot on iPhone project.

The video was recorded in a high school gym in New York City on July 3. Steven Spielberg moved around the set on a chair with wheels.
