No rescheduling of Plague Tale: Requiem - the game has gone gold
The developers of Plague Tale: Requiem announced on their Twitter account that the game "went for gold", which means that there should not be any postponements.
What does this mean for us, the players? It means that we're one step closer to the Oct. 18 release date for PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X/S, and that the constant threat of delay has been mitigated.
The game has been in development at Asobo for three years, but wasn't announced until last June during E3 2021. As a reminder, the story will return to the familiar characters, Amicia and Hugo, who travel to the south of France in search of a peaceful life.
