First, the Ukrainian flag is blue-yellow, not yellow-blue. Secondly, an identical color and trident are on the coat of arms of the 52nd Artiglieria Torino.

But it did not take long for this to happen. According to la Repubblica, Italy will indeed send to Ukraine self-propelled artillery units of the 52nd Turin Artillery Regiment. The exact number has not yet been advertised, but the Italian source reports about 20-30 howitzers.
The M109L is the Italian upgraded version of the American M109 self-propelled howitzer. The key change is a new barrel developed by Leonardo Defense Systems. It has a maximum range of 40 km with active-reactive rounds.
