The information was shared by Bloomberg. We are talking about custom microLED screens. Apple itself will not produce matrices. These will deal with third-party companies (Samsung, LG). But they will produce screens according to clear specifications of the Cupertinians. By the way, Apple also produces proprietary processors. Their production is engaged in TSMC.

When We Can Expect It

Apple should introduce a branded microLED screen in 2024. First it will get a smartwatch Apple Watch, and then - the iPhone.
