New trailer for Super Mario Bros. with Donkey Kong and Mario the Cat is out

In the latest trailer for Super Mario Bros. we finally got to hear Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong:

The trailer also showed us a battle scene, a snippet of which we could see in the previous trailer. There, Mario is locked in an arena with Donkey Kong and seems to be losing the battle. But it seems that the balance of power changes when Mario taps on a question mark block and presumably receives the Super Bell, which transforms him into Mario the Cat. Seeing this, Donkey Kong starts laughing at him and we can clearly hear Rogen's laugh.

Release Date

Super Mario Bros. is scheduled to premiere in cinemas on 7 April 2023.
