LG has launched gram Style chameleon notebooks priced from $1499 - some versions are available at a discount of $200-300

South Korean company LG has started selling new gram series laptops. They're called LG gram Style, and the main feature is a lid that shimmers in different colours.

Here's What We Know

The laptops have a special coating that changes colour depending on the light (from grey-blue to dark orange). It also features an LED-backlit tactile trackpad.

The LG gram Style is equipped with an Intel Core i7-1360P chip. There is 16/32GB of LPDDR5 RAM. NVMe storage capacity can be up to 1TB. Windows 11 operating system is used as the software platform.

The company offers users versions with a 14" and 16" display. In the former, the resolution is 2880 x 1800 pixels and the frame rate is not specified. The larger model gets a 120Hz 3.2K (3200 x 2000 dots) screen. Both use an OLED panel.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The laptops have already gone on sale in the US. The LG gram Style 14" costs $1499. LG gram Style 16" - at least $1799. At the same time some modifications are available at a discount of $300.
