The number of copies of Dead Island 2 sold in three days crossed 1 million copies

Publisher Deep Silver and developer Dambuster Studios have announced that the first-person adventure shooter Dead Island 2 sold over 1 million copies in the first three days after its release!
They also shared some interesting in-game statistics:
- players have killed 1.1 billion zombies so far;
- more than 756 million limbs have been chopped off;
- 45 million "walking dead" have been cut in half;
- players spent 11 million hours in the game together;
- and died 26 million times.
Dead Island 2 was released on 21st April and is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC (Epic Games Store).
