ASUS has unveiled the world's first monitor that combines an OLED panel, 2160p resolution and 240Hz frame rate. The model is called ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM.

Here's What We Know

The monitor was announced as part of Gamescom 2023. The company notes that this is the first 4K model with OLED display, in which the frame rate of 240 Hz is achieved without overclocking. The screen diagonal is 31.5".

ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM supports AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC technologies, and the response time is 0.03ms (GtT). The QD-OLED panel has a peak brightness of 1000 nits, but this only applies to HDR mode.

The monitor has its own cooling system. It is designed to reduce the risk of burnout of the OLED panel. Also in the arsenal there is a KVM switch, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and USB-C with Power Delivery support.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM has not been priced yet. Sales of the new monitor will start in the first quarter of 2024.
