Chrome OS can launch Android applications in the background
The ability to run Android applications on Chrome OS appeared a year ago. But these applications worked not quite "fully". There were many limitations in them, but the biggest thing was the lack of the ability to work in the background. For example, if you open a game and then switch to another application, the game automatically stops working. This limitation creates discomfort, especially for users who have switched from other operating systems. Of course, there are exceptions, for example, the application of the music service Spotify.
And now, finally, Google released a beta version of Chrome OS 64, which added the possibility of parallel operation of Android-applications in the system. So, soon, this feature will appear in a stable version of the OS.
