Nokia 8 has received a beta version of Android 8.1
Today, the main specialist for HMD Global products Juho Sarvikas wrote in his Twitter account that the beta testing of Android 8.1 for Nokia 8 starts.

The update received the name Android 8.1 Oreo Beta (V4.82A) and weighs 1553.9 MB. The beta version includes the January security patch, the new settings menu, the power saving mode with the navigation buttons turned on, and, most importantly, fixed the burger smiley (now the cheese is on top). Anyone can join the test. You just need to register with Nokia Phones Beta Labs .
So far there is no information about the final release, but it will be soon. And then the flagship of the company could be the first non-Pixel / Nexus smartphone that received the latest version of the Android operating system.
