Marvel's Spider-Man 2 won't have a New Game+ mode and the ability to restart individual quests at release, but those will come later on

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will be released tomorrow.

The new superhero action game has already been recognised as one of the most highly rated games of 2023. Many critics noted that, contrary to current trends, Insomniac Games studio did not drag the game with unnecessary and monotonous activities. Therefore, a part of gamers who like to spend as much time as possible in games, awaits an unpleasant "surprise" from the developer.

Insomniac Games' community manager James Stevenson said that Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will not have "New Game+" mode and the ability to restart individual tasks.

He later said that the developers plan to add these features by the end of 2023, but they definitely won't be on release.
