What is known
Mi AI Mini Speaker is a smaller version of last year's Mi AI Speaker. It weighs 210 grams and has the following dimensions: 90 × 90 × 50 mm. The column will be sold only in white. On the top of the device placed four microphones and volume control buttons, mute and start / pause. In the middle there is an LED that blinks when using the device.
The column is equipped with artificial intelligence functions. Thanks to them, she remembers the information about the user and then can plot the routes, read the news, put reminders and alarm, talk about sports games and much more. It can also be used to control other devices of the "smart" Xiaomi house, for example, TV, lamps, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, air cleaner, etc. Mi AI Mini Speaker is equipped with a quad-core processor with a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz, a 2W power driver, a Wi-Fi module and Bluetooth.
Price and when to wait
The novelty will go on sale soon at a price of $ 27, and it's cheaper than its closest competitors Amazon Echo Dot ($ 50) and Google Home Mini ($ 50). But just like them, the "smart" column Xiaomi does not speak Russian and, until it is clear, will speak at least in English.
