This is clearly not promotional material. It seems that one of the employees of HTC received a prototype of a smartphone and simply removes everyday life. All photos are made in Taiwan. Rumors attributed to the device a dual camera with sensors for 16 and 12 megapixels, but the pictures in both cases are 12-megapixel. The main module received a f / 1.75 luminous optics, and the second aperture is f / 2.6. They have a different focal length - 4.28 mm and 6 mm respectively. Apparently, the new flagship will receive a telephoto lens with optical approximation.
The EXIF data shows the model number of the smartphone - HTC 2Q55100. We can not say with certainty that we are talking about U12 +, but the gadget with such an index has already passed the certification of Chinese and Japanese regulators.
What else?
According to preliminary data, HTC U12 + will become the main flagship of the line without the standard U12. The smartphone will receive an elongated 6-inch display with a resolution of 2960x1440 pixels, top-end chipset Snapdragon 845, 6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB of internal memory. The battery is 3400 mAh, there will be water protection according to the IP68 standard. The front camera is also dual, with a pair of 8 MP modules.
The official premiere of HTC U12 + is expected in early May.
