CES 2024: TCL unveiled the QM891G 115-inch smart TV with mini-LED panel and 5000 nits peak brightness

TCL has revealed its new flagship TV for the global market at CES 2024.

Here's What We Know

The new product is called TCL QM891G. The device is equipped with the same 115-inch screen as the TCL X11G Max model, which is sold in China. The display has a mini-LED panel with 20,000 backlight levels and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The claimed refresh rate of the screen is 120Hz. TCL QM891G also supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology and boasts anti-reflective coating. The novelty comes with an inbuilt 6.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos sound system.

The TV is powered by a Lingyao M2 processor paired with a TXR Mini LED image processing chip. The TCL QM891G is controlled via the included remote control or via a smartphone.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Unfortunately, there's no price or launch date for the TCL QM891G yet. For comparison, the TCL X11G Max costs $11,000 in China.
