Google Pixel 8 Pro with Feature Drop update learns to measure body temperature

Google has announced the January Feature Drop update, which adds a useful new feature for the Pixel 8 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone received an updated Thermometer app, thanks to which device users can now measure body temperature. All temperature readings are stored in the Fitbit profile.

By the way, the temperature sensor has been working in the Pixel 8 Pro since the smartphone was announced in October 2023, but then without FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) certification, it could only measure the temperature of objects and liquids.
