Exynos 2400 processor is expected in Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for most markets

Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S24 FE, the successor to the popular S23 FE, later this year. This smartphone aims to bridge the gap between flagship features and affordability, potentially attracting users looking for a powerful and feature-packed smartphone at a reasonable price.

Here's What We Know

The S24 FE is rumoured to be powered by the Exynos 2400 processor in most regions. This new chip promises improved performance and efficiency over its predecessor. However, a reliable tech insider @ OreXda suggests the possibility of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 variant in certain markets.

One of the biggest improvements expected for the S24 FE is the move to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, as opposed to the predecessor's 8GB, which will improve multitasking. In addition, 128GB (UFS 3.1) and 256GB (UFS 4.0) memory options are expected.

There are no details about the display yet, but it is likely to be an AMOLED panel similar to previous versions of the FE series. The phone will also retain the 4500 mAh battery capacity of its predecessor, suggesting similar battery life. Support for 25W fast charging is also expected.

There are no other details about the smartphone yet. The model is expected to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2024 and more specific information about the Galaxy S24 FE is likely to emerge in the coming months.
