Plot Twist has announced the release date of The Last Case of Benedict Fox: Definitive Edition - 26 March

Back in September last year, developer Plot Twist announced that their Definitive Edition of their "metroidvania" The Last Case of Benedict Fox would be released on PlayStation 5 and would be accompanied by a free update for existing players on Xbox and PC. And now we have the release date - 26 March.

Here's What We Know

The free update includes a new area, Limbo, where players can test their combat skills, as well as new secrets and puzzles scattered throughout the mansion. The update also improves combat and exploration, promising "smoother and more dynamic" gameplay.

In addition, players can expect new challenges, expanded story content focusing on Benedict's past, improved animations, and support for Brazilian Portuguese and simplified Chinese. Watch the latest teaser trailer below.

Where To Play

As mentioned above, The Last Case of Benedict Fox is already available on Xbox One, Xbox Series, Windows, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, and will be released on PlayStation 5 on 26 March.
