Colossal Order Studio has released the first post-release expansion pack for Cities: Skylines 2 - Beach Properties for $9.99. The pack is available on all platforms and can be purchased as part of the Cities: Skylines 2 Waterfronts Expansion Pass or as part of the Ultimate Edition.

Here's What We Know

Beach Properties adds a number of new waterfront properties to the game, as well as the ability to zoning the waterfront, new branded buildings that reflect European and North American architectural styles and contains cosmetic elements such as trees.

In addition, Cities: Skylines 2 now supports in-game modifications with the introduction of Map and Code mods. These mods can be shared and accessed through the Paradox Mods platform. Although this is only the initial phase of the modding tools rollout for Cities: Skylines 2, it is expected that the scope of mods may be more limited compared to the original game.
