Hyundai presents the new Tucson Plug-In Hybrid 2025

Hyundai reveals its ambitious plans for 2025 with an updated version of the Tucson Plug-In Hybrid.

Here's What We Know

The improvements concern both exterior design and technological innovations inside the cabin. Some of the most important changes include the move to a panoramic curved display that combines a 12.3-inch touchscreen with a digital instrument cluster. Also worth noting is the addition of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity as standard for all devices.

The Tucson Plug-In Hybrid 2025 has received a number of additional improvements: the ability to update wirelessly, Hyundai Pay for cashless parking and fuel payments, and support for Digital Key 2 Premium. Digital Key 2 Premium allows you to use your smartphone as a car key instead of a traditional physical key.

In terms of technical specifications, the model retains the same 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, but with an increased electric motor power.

Despite these changes, the size of the battery pack remains the same, indicating that a similar range of around 33 miles will be maintained in the previous model.

The 2025 Tucson Plug-In Hybrid is expected to go on sale by the end of the summer, and pricing will be announced closer to the release date.
