Samsung has unveiled a special version of the Galaxy Tab A9 for kids

Samsung revealed the budget Galaxy Tab A9 tablet in autumn 2023, and now it has released a special version of the device.

What is known

The novelty was called Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition. That is, it is a version of the tablet created specifically for children. First of all, the gadget comes with a shockproof Kids Puffy case, a Crayon stylus, stickers and a 15-watt charging unit. The device has LTE, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The novelty is pre-installed with various useful Samsung Kids apps as well as parental controls.

As for other specifications of the Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition, they are the same as the regular model: 8.7-inch LCD display, MediaTek Helio G99 chip, microSD slot, two AKG speakers, 8 MP main camera, 2 MP front camera and 5100 mAh battery.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition has already started selling in Malaysia for $168. Whether the novelty will appear in other regions is still unknown.
