Insider: Atlus Studios is developing remakes of the first two Persona parts

Following the release of Persona 3 Reload, a remake of the 2006 JRPG, a Midori insider revealed that an updated fourth instalment in the series is also in development.

Now, the informant, who is particularly respected by fans of Atlus Studios' games, has revealed that the company is developing two more remakes.

Here's What We Know

While speaking to subscribers at X, Midori revealed that remakes of the first and second instalments of Persona are in development. However, he later clarified that at the moment he does not have accurate information about the extent of the games' updates, so for now Midori thinks it is correct to talk about Persona 1 and Persona 2 re-releases for modern platforms, but whether they will be remakes or remasters - he is not sure yet.

Recall that according to Midori soon to be released and a full-fledged new part of the series - Persona 6.
