Philips Hue has introduced a new update for its Philips Hue Secure cameras, version 1.2.21, which is now available for download.

This important update brings a host of improvements that enhance the functionality of the devices. In particular, it makes cameras faster to respond, reduces false alerts, and allows you to move cameras between different Hue bridges without having to remove them from the system.

The update also adds a Hue logo watermark to live video clips, improves people and package detection, and reduces false alerts due to rain or tree movement.

Fixed issues with connecting and viewing live video, as well as errors that occurred when cameras were left in sleep mode for a long time.

Philips Hue recommends that you activate automatic updates to keep your devices up and running.
