Oppo seems to be preparing to launch its new Watch X2 series of smartwatches in February 2025, probably alongside the Oppo Find N5 foldable smartphone.

Here's What We Know

The OPPO Watch X2 smartwatch, model number OWW242, has recently received certification from TENAA, which allowed us to learn more about its design and specifications.

The watch has a round gold case with white or silver bezels and white or cream leather straps. The gadget supports Bluetooth, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Wi-Fi, NFC, and eSIM to work with China Unicom and China Mobile.

According to previous leaks, the series will include three models: the standard Watch X2, a larger 46mm version, and the flagship Watch X2 Pro with premium features. There is also speculation that some models will be rebranded as OnePlus for global markets, likely as the OnePlus Watch 3.

The head of the OPPO Find series, Zhou Yibao, has already confirmed that the watch will support blood pressure monitoring, and there will probably also be an ECG measurement function, wrist temperature measurement, and a quick 60-second health check. The watch will also track activity, including steps and heart rate, and GPS capabilities will help to track physical activities such as cycling and running in more detail.

The watch is likely to feature a round OLED display, run on OPPO's ColorOS operating system, and be water resistant for enhanced durability. It will also support 10W fast charging for fast battery recharging. The model numbered OWW251 is known to come with a 631mAh or 648mAh battery and will support 10W fast charging.
