Estonian Milrem Robotics presents a new ground drone HAVOC RCV this year

The Estonian company Milrem Robotics will present the latest HAVOC RCV combat platform at the IDEX 2025 international exhibition in the UAE.
Here's What We Know
The HAVOC RCV is an 8×8 wheeled platform designed for high manoeuvrability and effective combat missions in difficult conditions. It weighs 12 tonnes, which makes it significantly lighter than traditional armoured vehicles of its class.
The hybrid electric propulsion system ensures almost silent movement and a long operating range, while the electric transmission allows for instant torque changes and manoeuvring even in urban or mountainous areas.
The platform has a basic payload of 5 tonnes, which allows for the integration of various combat modules, from a 30mm cannon to a rocket launcher. There are also versions for fire support, minefields and air defence.

The armour complies with STANAG 4569 (L4) and protects against 14.5 mm bullets, and the mine protection is at STANAG 4569 (L1) level. The vehicle has a top speed of 110 km/h on road and 50 km/h off-road.
The HAVOC RCV is equipped with artificial intelligence for autonomous navigation and support of defensive and offensive operations in various climatic conditions. By unifying with other Milrem Robotics platforms, the company was able to reduce production and maintenance costs.
