On 21 April 2025, Vivo launched a new version of its X200 Pro Mini smartphone in light purple in the Chinese market. The new shade retains all the characteristics of previous models and debuts alongside the new Vivo X200 Ultra and X200s phones.

Here's What We Know

The X200 Pro Mini has a 6.31-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2640×1216 pixels, a refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, PWM speakers at 2160 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. The screen supports 1 billion colours and Zeiss Natural Colour settings.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor with Vivo's Blue Crystal technology, has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Origin OS 5 and supports Live Photo. The diagonal of the smartphone is 8.15 mm and it weighs about 187 grams. The camera is equipped with Zeiss optics.

The front panel has a 32 MP camera with a Samsung S5KKD1 sensor. The rear system includes a 50 MP main lens with Sony LYT-818 sensor with OIS, a 50 MP ultra-wide lens with Samsung S5KJN1 sensor and a 50 MP periscopic telephoto lens with Sony LYT-600 sensor and OIS. There is also laser autofocus and an improved night mode for landscape photography.

The smartphone has a 5700 mAh battery with support for 90W (wired) and 30W (wireless) charging. It also has stereo speakers, NFC, an infrared remote control, and IP68 and IP69 water and dust protection.

The price of the X200 Pro Mini varies depending on the configuration: the version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage costs 4699 yuan (approximately $643), with 12 GB + 512 GB - 4999 yuan (approximately $684), with 16 GB + 512 GB - 5299 yuan (approximately $725), and the top-end version with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage - 5799 yuan (approximately $793).
