Google improves document scanning on Android devices

Google has unveiled an update to the document scanning feature on Android devices, making it more convenient and efficient.
Here's What We Know
Scanned documents are now automatically enhanced with inbuilt image processing technology. This innovation is available in apps like Google Drive, Google Files, the Pixel camera app and more.
After scanning a document, users will see a button in the top right corner of the screen that allows them to switch off automatic enhancement if it is not required. Previously, applying enhancements required manually selecting the appropriate filter from a menu. The new feature saves time and simplifies the process of working with documents.

The update is available in version 25.17.30 of the Google Play Services app and is already working successfully on devices like the Pixel 7 Pro. Users of other Android smartphones are expected to get the feature soon as well.
