Microsoft has announced another massive wave of layoffs in its divisions.

Here's What We Know

The US technology corporation plans to lay off 3% of its employees at all levels and in different regions.

A Microsoft spokesperson explained that this is necessary to "best position the company in a dynamic marketplace."

This will be the largest layoff of employees after January 2023, when 10,000 people lost their jobs. Today, the layoff could affect 7,000 people, while the management emphasises that it is not related to performance, but to reduce management.
