Capcom has traditionally updated the list of its "platinum games", which includes titles that have sold more than 1 million copies.

Here's What We Know

The presented statistics is actual as of 31 March 2025 and demonstrates excellent sales of flagship franchises of the Japanese company, even those that came out many years ago.

The only newcomer in the selection is Monster Hunter Wilds, which debuted in February 2025 and has already sold 10 million copies. The action game has a good chance of becoming Capcom's best-selling game ever.

• Resident Evil 2 remake - 15.4 million copies (+400k);
• Resident Evil 7: Biohazard - 14.7 million (+300k);
• Resident Evil Village - 11.3 million (+400k);
• Resident Evil 5 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) - 9.6 million (+200k);
