Evil Empire Studios has released a major update for The Rogue Prince of Persia.
Here's What We Know
The patch was called Power and Fury and, as the developers succinctly noted, "strengthened everything". The authors significantly changed many mechanics of the game, made the movement system smoother, faster and more accurate, and the character development system clearer and more intuitive.
The protagonist received three new tools that will help him to deal with enemies:
- windpipe, which shoots three darts;
- a fire vial that sets the area around him on fire;
- blades that spin around the hero.
Evil Empire has changed the medallion system and now their effects are clearer and more predictable, as well as making adjustments to the mechanics of trophies and how to obtain them.
