Vivo is preparing to expand its T4 smartphone lineup in India with the launch of a new model, the Vivo T4 Ultra. The brand has published the first official teaser of the phone, which hints at an imminent debut in the country.

Here's What We Know

The image shows the design of the Vivo T4 Ultra with an oval camera module similar to last year's T3 Ultra. While the T3 Ultra had a dual camera setup, the new phone has three cameras and a round Aura LED flash. The third module attracts special attention - it is probably a periscope telephoto camera.

The manufacturer claims that the T4 Ultra will offer a "flagship level of zoom". The camera module also bears an inscription that says it supports 100x digital zoom. In addition, the teaser confirms that the smartphone will be sold on Flipkart in India.

The Vivo T4 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip and will be based on the Vivo S20 Pro, which was released in China last December. The new device is likely to feature a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, a 5500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.

The main camera will be a 50-megapixel shooter with optical stabilisation, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The front camera will also have 50 megapixels for high-quality selfies.

Vivo T4 Ultra is expected to launch in India in the near future.

As a reminder, Vivo is preparing two important releases at once - the Vivo X200 FE and Vivo X Fold5 smartphones, which will be launched on 10 July, according to insiders in India.
