Anker's new 6-in-1 150W travel charger fits six devices in a flat, pocketable strip
Anker has opened US pre-orders for its Travel Charging Station 6-in-1 150W (model A1A05) at $79.99, targeting laptop-toting travelers who want one brick to power everything. The device delivers 150W across six ports, with two USB-C outlets capable of 100W each — enough to fast-charge a MacBook Pro 16". Pre-orders ship between September 25 and October 5, 2026, though no UK launch date or sterling pricing has been announced yet.
The hardware
The A1A05 measures 149.8 × 68.5 × 22.1mm and weighs 290g — heavier than a compact single-port GaN charger but lighter than a desktop power strip. Anker's flat-plug design with 90-degree folding prongs keeps it flush against luggage. It ships in Iron Gray and accepts 100–240V input, so it works with US and European wall sockets (with an adapter).

Safety and what's missing
Anker's ActiveShield 4.0 system claims more than 10 million temperature checks per day, backed by seven layers of protection against overheating, overvoltage, short circuits, and overcurrent. No independent test data is available yet, so those claims remain unverified.
One clear gap: no charging cables are included. At $79.99, that's a hidden cost compared with some rivals. Competitor benchmarking identifies Belkin and Aukey as the closest multi-port alternatives, and some of their comparable 100–140W models bundle at least one cable.

Pricing and availability
The A1A05 is available for pre-order now in the US at $79.99 with shipment from late September 2026. It is not currently listed on Anker's UK store or Amazon UK, and no regional pricing has been confirmed. Anker's existing Prime 160W three-port charger launched in the UK at £129.99, which gives a rough ceiling for what to expect if the A1A05 lands here — though its six-port layout and lower US price suggest it could undercut that figure.
