"Sorry, fans, the Galaxy Note is dead": Samsung hints at Galaxy Note series closure

Samsung representatives have previously confirmed that the company will not this year release new Galaxy Note models. But everything is going to that the series and will be buried altogether.

Why?

 This is reported on social media by insider Front Tron, referring to a commercial where the Galaxy Z foldable smartphone Fold 3 is called the Note Z.

"Sorry, Note fans, the Galaxy Note is dead. There are no more new products in the Note lineup at right now. Instead, Samsung is calling the Z Fold 3 the Note Z itself. Watch this official unboxing video from Samsung Korea"

Sorry Note fans, Galaxy Note is dead. No more new products on bar type Note Series as of now.
Instead, Samsung is calling the Z Fold3 as the "NoteZ" itself.

Recall, rumors about closing the Galaxy Note series have been around for a long time. Previously they were phablets with large screens and the main highlight - stylus support. And now most modern smartphones have large displays, and the stylus has migrated both to the Galaxy S line, and to foldable gadgets. Also, Samsung is unlikely to offer any more chips for the Galaxy Note models.

True, fans don't  agree with this. Resource SamMobile created a petition on Change.org platform demanding to release a new Galaxy Note in 2022 instead of Galaxy S22 smartphones. Whether will listen to users' requests - time will tell.
