A Chinese social media insider Weibo has shared new details about Apple's next smartwatch.
According to the informant, Apple Watch Series 7 will be released in sizes 41 and 45 mm. That is, the novelty will be larger than the current generation Apple Watch Series 6. Recall that before Apple Watch Series 4, the company's smart watches were sold in sizes 38 and 42 mm, but then they were increased to 40 and 44 mm respectively. Incidentally, all Apple Watch models have compatible straps. In the new generation, it looks like that feature will remain.
If previous leaks are to be believed, the Apple Watch Series 7 will get an updated look that will resemble the iPhone 12 lineup. The new product is also credited with a larger battery. The watch will be slightly thicker, but users are unlikely to notice it. The gadget will also boast of improved wireless connectivity and UWB (Ultra Wideband) technology, which is now available in AirTag.
