Vivo has unveiled its flagship smartphone of 2021. The new product is called the Vivo X70 Pro+ and will replace the X60 Pro, which was released in January.

Main Camera

The key feature of the Vivo X70 Pro+ is the main camera, although it hasn't changed that much compared to the last generation model. The main module has a resolution of 50 megapixels. It is based on the Samsung GN1 sensor with 1.2-micron pixels. The luminosity is f/1.57. The ultra-wide-angle camera uses a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 sensor. The angle of capture is 114 degrees.

The novelty also got two telephoto lenses. The periscopic one has 8MP resolution and 5x optical zoom. The sensor is OV08A from OmniVision. The second telephoto is built on a Sony IMX663 sensor. And the zoom is 2x. The resolution is 12 megapixels.

The camera uses ZEISS optics. There is 4K UHD at 60 FPS, 8K UHD at 30 FPS and optical stabilization. The Vivo V1 processor is responsible for eliminating digital noise and making the picture smoother while recording video footage.

What else interesting?

Vivo X70 Pro+ is powered by Snapdragon 888+ with up to 2.995GHz. The chip works in tandem with 8-12GB of RAM, and the storage has a capacity of 256-512GB. The built-in battery capacity was 4,500mAh and the wired and wireless charging capacity is 50W each.

Another chip of the smartphone is the display. It is based on LTPO AMOLED matrix with 120 Hz refresh rate. We are talking about Samsung E5 model of the latest generation. The resolution - 1440 x 3200 pixels, which corresponds to the format WQHD +. The screen diagonal is 6.78".

Among other things, note the 32MP front camera with 4K support, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C, a fingerprint scanner built into the display and IP68 water protection. The flagship runs on OriginOS 1.0 with Android 11.

And the price?

The first to buy a smartphone will be residents of China. There it will go on sale by the end of this month. The model will be available in blue, orange and black colors. You can check out the prices of the Vivo X70 Pro+ below:
