Mobvoi, a year after the release of TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, has launched their improved version with the prefix Ultra in the name.
The new product externally resembles the previous model. The watch is equipped with a 1.4-inch round dual screen. The main display has an AMOLED matrix, while the secondary screen got a monochrome LCD. It supports Always-On function. In addition, it has added backlighting. The user can choose from 18 options.
As for battery life, Mobvoi promises that the watch will last up to 45 days in Essential Mode (without smart functions). If you activate Smart Mode, on the other hand, the battery life will drop to 72 hours.
Under the hood of TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS is the same Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor. It's built on a 12-nanometer processor and is paired with 1GB of RAM. The novelty also has plenty of sport modes, heart rate monitor, sleep tracking feature, SpO2 measurement sensor, NFC, GPS module with five antennas, IP68 water and MIL-STD-810G shock protection. The device runs on the old Wear OS. Whether the watch will be updated to Wear OS 3.0 is unknown.
Price and when to expect
Mobvoi has already started selling the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS for $299. As for the past TicWatch Pro 3 GPS model, it is also available, but at a reduced price of $255.
