Bitcoin cryptocurrency finally updated its high set back in spring of this year. The value of the digital currency crossed the $64,800 mark for the first time since April and immediately took the $65,000 milestone.

The new record is $65,638, according to CoinMarketCap. The rate of the world's main cryptocurrency failed to stop at $65,000.

After a surge of $1,000, the value of Bitcoin fell slightly and is $64,511 per coin at the time of writing. The fact that Bitcoin has officially hit Wall Street.
