Redmi Note 11 Pro+ - Dimensity 920, 120W charging, 108MP camera and 120Hz AMOLED display priced from $310
As planned, Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 11 family of smartphones. The presentation began with the premiere of the eldest of the new products in the form of Redmi Note 11 Pro+.
Specifications
The company immediately revealed the main feature of the smartphone. It lies in the support of fast wired charging capacity of 120 watts. About a dozen models in the world can boast of this, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has become the most affordable of them. And a power adapter will be included. To keep the smartphone from overheating, the company has provided an efficient liquid cooling system.
Battery capacity was 4500 mAh. From zero to 100% it charges in 15 minutes. We were told this back in August at the launch of the Xiaomi Mix 4, which also has a 4500mAh ABK and 120W charging, but costs $770-970 depending on the memory modification.
Redmi Note 11 Pro+ gets a 6.67" 120Hz AMOLED FHD+ format display made by Samsung. It has thin bezels and a small hole in the center at the top for the front camera. The crowning feature of the main camera is a 108MP optical 1/1.52" image sensor. You can see three sample photos below.
The heart of the smartphone is the 6nm Dimensity 920 chip with performance Cortex-A78 cores and Mali-G68 graphics accelerator. In AnTuTu the processor scores just over 500,000 points, settling between the Dimensity 900 and Snapdragon 778G. The RAM is 6-8GB and the storage is rated for 128-256GB of data.
Also note AG Glass, JBL stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, headphone jack, USB-C, IR port, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and IP53 water protection. The new product will be available with MIUI 12.5 firmware based on Android 11.
Pricing
The smartphone will come in black, purple, blue and green body colors. The price starts at $310 for the 6/128GB version. The 8/128GB and 8/256GB versions are priced at $345 and $375 respectively. First-time buyers will be able to buy the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ at a $15 discount.
