Huawei launched EMUI 12 testing - how to participate

At the end of summer Unexpectedly: Huawei unveiled EMUI 12 with new features and updated interface, and two months later published a list of 28 models that will receive the update. It is already possible to test the new interface.

What is known

Developers have made the shell more minimalistic. Users will be able to customize the size and saturation of fonts. They have also added updated animations, a new control center and the ability to connect different Huawei gadgets to each other.

A stable version of EMUI 12 will be released in the first half of next year. Now all the owners of compatible smartphones (list) can test the firmware. You need to download the BETA application , log in to your account with your HW ID and join the beta testing program.

If you don't have an HW ID, you will need to create a new account. This will require a valid email address and current mobile number. After joining the EMUI 12 testing program, you need to wait for the update notification.

To opt out of testing, you need to select the campaign you have joined and click Sign out. The application will be reviewed within 48 hours.
