MediaTek smartphone scores over 1 million points on AnTuTu for the first time

An unknown smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 2000 processor managed to score over 1 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark for the first time ever.

What is known

The Taiwanese chipmaker has already started teasing future SoC. But so far all that is known is that it will be the first mobile platform to be made using the 4nm process technology. Meanwhile, Vivo's smartphone with the Dimensity 2000 on board has passed the performance test at AnTuTu.

The device has model number V2184. The commercial name is not specified, but it is probably the next generation flagship X series (X80 Pro?) Its score was 1,002,220 points. For comparison, Black Shark 4S Pro, equipped with a 5nm Snapdragon 888+ chip, scored an average of 875,902 points and became the highest performing Android smartphone according to AnTuTu in October.

As for the Dimensity 2000, it is promised ARM V9 architecture and an octet of cores, including one Prime core like the Snapdragon 898. The Mali-G710 MC10 accelerator will be responsible for the graphics. The processor will be announced before the end of this month.
