This has never happened: Xiaomi 12 Ultra and Xiaomi 12 Ultra Enhanced Edition will receive three 48 MP telephoto lenses
The resource Xiaomiui got hold of information about two flagship smartphones from Xiaomi at once. They are codenamed Loki and Thor, and will appear on sale as Xiaomi 12 Ultra and Xiaomi 12 Ultra Enhanced Edition.
What is known
The camera application code found support for five modules, three of which are telephoto. The resolution of each of them will be 48 MP, and the optical zoom ratio without loss of quality is 2x, 5x and 10x. This means that two of the three telephoto lenses will have periscopic optics (5x and 10x).

The Xiaomi 12 Ultra and Xiaomi 12 Ultra Enhanced Edition, like the current generation Ultra, will feature 120x programmable zoom. In this case, the zoom ratio during video recording will be limited to 15x. The main camera will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Samsung GN5 image sensor. The resolution of the ultra-wide-angle camera has not yet been specified.
Both flagships will be presented in 2022. Perhaps this time the line will do without the Pro version. Recall that the company also has a big announcement planned for December this year - Xiaomi 12. All three flagships will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip.
