POCO India responded quickly to this message and promised to investigate the incident. "Hello Mahesh, we are sorry that you faced Poco explosion problem. Please contact us and rest assured that we we will provide you with the best solution to your problem", - said in company message.

By the way, recently Another Poco X3 exploded...
